Refund Policy
Spend Defense provides a digital report generated from the materials you submit. All sales are final once your report has been made available to you. We do not provide refunds because you are dissatisfied with a report, disagree with its contents, choose not to use it, or change your mind.
If a technical problem caused by Spend Defense prevents your purchased report from being made available, contact [email protected] with your order number. We will first attempt to restore access or re-deliver the report. If we cannot make it available, we will issue a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spend Defense LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output.
